Sales Training Consultant
A company is looking for a Sales Training Content Development Consultant focused on Coronary & CathWorks.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement training content for sales representatives on coronary procedures, products, and clinical data
Manage online content strategy and Learning Management Systems
Collaborate with various stakeholders to create and deliver training materials and execute training strategies
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent with 14+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with 12+ years, or a Baccalaureate Degree with 10+ years of experience
Experience in clinical lab settings, clinical training, or field sales/support in the medical device or healthcare industry
Knowledge of software systems such as Articulate Storyline or Rise
Experience in managing external expert suppliers
Healthcare or medical device industry experience with interventional vasculature procedures is preferred
