This individual will play a critical role in managing MEP coordination, driving schedule and quality, and ensuring successful project delivery in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.This is a high-impact, client-facing role offering strong visibility and long-term growth within a contractor that continues to expand its mission-critical portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Lead all MEP aspects of data center construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutManage coordination between mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls tradesOversee subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure scope alignment and executionDrive schedule, budget, and quality performance for MEP systemsReview drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructabilityCoordinate system installation, start-up, testing, and commissioning activitiesIdentify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactivelyMaintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updatesEnsure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and quality expectationsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred5–10+ years of experience managing MEP scopes on large construction projectsExperience with data centers or mission-critical projects strongly preferredStrong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, and building systemsProven ability to manage complex coordination across multiple tradesExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environmentWhy Join:Lead MEP delivery on cutting-edge hyperscale data center buildsJoin a top-tier contractor with a robust and growing project pipelineHigh-visibility role with direct impact on project successOpportunity to work with major technology clientsCompetitive compensation, benefits, and career advancement opportunities
