Utility Superintendent

Qualifications * Significant field experience in heavy civil underground utility construction. * Prior experience as a Utility Superintendent, Underground Superintendent, General Foreman, Utility Foreman, or similar field leadership position. * Strong hands-on experience with water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage construction. * Thorough understanding of excavation, trenching, pipe installation, structures, backfill, compaction, testing, and utility construction sequencing. * Demonstrated ability to supervise field crews and coordinate multiple pieces of heavy equipment and concurrent construction activities. * Ability to read and interpret civil plans, profiles, utility drawings, specifications, grades, and elevations. * Strong knowledge of excavation and trench safety requirements. * Ability to plan work ahead and identify manpower, equipment, material, and access requirements. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required. Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year Experience: * underground utility / heavy civil construction: 5 years (Required) * water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage construction: 4 years (Required) Work Location: In person
