Qualifications:
- Significant field experience in heavy civil underground utility construction.
- Prior experience as a Utility Superintendent, Underground Superintendent, General Foreman, Utility Foreman, or similar field leadership position.
- Strong hands-on experience with water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage construction.
- Thorough understanding of excavation, trenching, pipe installation, structures, backfill, compaction, testing, and utility construction sequencing.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise field crews and coordinate multiple pieces of heavy equipment and concurrent construction activities.
- Ability to read and interpret civil plans, profiles, utility drawings, specifications, grades, and elevations.
- Strong knowledge of excavation and trench safety requirements.
- Ability to plan work ahead and identify manpower, equipment, material, and access requirements.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
Experience:
- underground utility / heavy civil construction: 5 years (Required)
- water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage construction: 4 years (Required)
