We are deeply committed to remaining the market leader and the distributor of choice for the #1 Domestic Lite Premium brand, while aggressively expanding our entire portfolio across beer, flavored malt beverages, imports, non-alcoholic beverages, emerging categories, and future growth segments.This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and understands how to combine supplier partnerships, data, creativity, execution, and accountability to drive measurable market growth.If you have the experience, vision, and drive to elevate brands, inspire teams, and create impactful marketing strategies that move the market, we want to hear from you.What You’ll DoAs Vice President of Marketing, you will lead and oversee all aspects of Muller, Inc.’s marketing strategy, execution, supplier relationships, promotions, and brand development. This position serves as a key member of the leadership team and works directly with ownership, sales leadership, suppliers, and key retail partners. Leadership & Strategic GrowthLead, mentor, and develop the Marketing Department, including Brand Managers and marketing support personnel. Drive innovative marketing initiatives designed to grow volume, distribution, profitability, and brand visibility across the marketplace. Partner closely with Sales Leadership and supplier partners to align strategic objectives and execution plans. Help position Muller, Inc. for long-term growth in both traditional and emerging beverage categories. Brand Development & Market ExecutionDevelop and execute impactful marketing programs, incentives, promotions, and campaigns. Oversee seasonal forecasting, supplier programs, local advertising, and creative brand execution. Ensure the company remains highly visible and active in-market through trade calls, retail execution, sponsorships, special events, and consumer engagement initiatives. Manage key account relationships and support strategic “House Account” development. Digital, Creative & Community PresenceLead the company’s digital and social media strategy, including website oversight and digital investments. Direct billboard, event, sponsorship, and promotional marketing efforts throughout the region. Oversee music, sports, and community partnership initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and retailer relationships. Support responsible alcohol and community engagement initiatives when applicable. Financial & Operational LeadershipOversee annual business planning, marketing budgets, supplier funding, co-op programs, and tactical spend. Monitor profitability, pricing strategies, and return on investment for all major initiatives. Ensure all marketing expenses and supplier reimbursements are properly tracked and executed. What We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a proven leader with a strong combination of strategic thinking, relationship-building ability, operational discipline, and marketplace execution.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. Minimum 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in beverage alcohol, consumer packaged goods, supplier management, or related industries. Strong understanding of distributor/supplier relationships and route-to-market strategy. Demonstrated success leading teams and driving measurable sales and market share growth. Experience managing budgets, pricing strategies, and promotional programming. Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms. Ability to thrive in both office and field environments.
