Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.Summary:The Program Coordinator supports the Center for Health and Social Care Integration (CHaSCI)and the AmeriCorps workforce development program by coordinating daily operations, implementing program activities, supporting team members in carrying out program deliverables, and ensuring progress toward established goals, timelines, and funding requirements. This role assists with new project implementation, communications initiatives, and ongoing administrative needs. The Coordinator works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver training, policy, and workforce development programs that benefit communities and high-quality service delivery. Position is hybrid.Other information:Bachelor's degree.2 years administrative/coordinator program experience.Organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to collect, organize, interpret, and summarize information.Strong critical thinking skills to solve problems and make decisions.Ability to set goals and manage multiple complicated tasks.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Ability to work on tight deadlines.Responsibilities:* Coordinate scheduling and daily operations for CHaSCI and AmeriCorps programs.* Support implementation of new projects, annual plans, and long‐range program goals.* Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and timesheets for AmeriCorps members.* Provide training, guidance, and oversight to AmeriCorps service members.* Develop and maintain program documentation, reports, summaries, and incident records.* Prepare periodic reports and financial summaries for internal and external stakeholders.* Assist in developing and maintaining program metrics, evaluation plans, and tracking systems.* Coordinate program activities with other departments and partners to ensure efficiency and compliance.* Build and maintain relationships with program partners ,CHaSCI advisory board members, and community stakeholders.* Develop and coordinate communications (website updates, newsletters, blog posts, outreach materials).* Create and deliver presentations to community groups, institutions, and other stakeholders.* Support budgeting, fundraising input, and administrative tasks such as setting agendas and managing workgroups.* Implementstaffcommunityagreementdedicated to inclusion and equity.* Perform other related duties as assigned.Rush is an equal opportunity employer.
