Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com. #commercialbankingIn This Role, You WillAssist with the underwriting and execution of financing transactions, including completion of due diligence, financial modeling, credit analysis, and drafting credit approval memorandumsAnalyze a wide range of detailed information (lender presentations, management presentations, and financial statements & projections, third party reports, etc.)Research complex financial and credit information for commercial businesses according to business unit standardsAid in the presentation of transactions to senior management in a clear and concise manner with well-reasoned supportReview all pertinent documentation to ensure transactions are documented and approved per policyHelp with the development and execution of company-wide strategic initiatives, via specialized project work and/or assignmentsIntegrate AI tools into underwriting and portfolio workflows to streamline research, accelerate production, and drive innovation and efficiencyRequired Qualifications, US:2+ years of Mid-Corporate Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Strong analytical skills including analyzing complex dataAbility to perform in depth commercial financial statement analysisKnowledge and understanding of debt and equity capital marketsCompletion of a formal credit training program Underwriting experienceIntermediate Microsoft Office skills, including using Excel for financial analysis and projection modelingExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, including ability to present to decision makers and customers in a professional and confident mannerExperience with nCinoA BS/BA degree or higherJob Expectations:Ability to travel up to 10% of the time This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship This position offers a hybrid work schedule Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
