Other duties as assigned.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: (NOT REQUIRED)Graphic design backgroundAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc)Presentation (Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides)Spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)Word processing (Microsoft Word, Google Docs)Strong background with Windows operating systemsKnowledge of EFI Fiery and EFI Fiery Impose - a bonus!Some Production Experience - Print, Cut, Finish, etc. - a bonus!Exceptional customer service skillsAbility to translate customer requirements into final products and servicesEffective verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailOutstanding time management and organizational skillsMultitasking – must have the ability to simultaneously process multiple tasksHigh school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree or design certificate preferredComputer hardware and software installation and troubleshooting skills preferredWHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:Creates promotional materials including, but not limited to, multimedia presentations, banners, newsletters, flyers, signs, posters, and business cardsInvolved in the output, workflow management, and production of ordersConsults with customers on their graphics needsCustomer Service and Center Day to Day Tasks as neededManage Mailboxes - both mail and packages, and tasks involvedAssists with sales transactionsWarm, Engaging PersonalitySeveral schedule options availablePHYSICAL AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTSMust be able to stand behind a sales counter for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift at least 50 poundsMust be able to communicate clearly with customers by phone, by email, and in-personMust demonstrate knowledge of emergency policies and proceduresMust perform all duties in a safe and efficient mannerJ-18808-Ljbffr
