Operation Manager/Integrator

Company Description We Got Flavors is a high-energy creative ecosystem comprising five niche business categories: Fitness (Drip Factor), Media (Pure Flavor), Education (Flavors Academy MKE), Community Arts (The Flavorbook), and Apparel (Ingredients). We are looking for an Integrator-the glue that holds the vision together and turns creative sparks into organized execution.The Role: You are the "Integrator" You aren't just a manager; you are the primary filter and operator of the business. You will work directly with the Founder to protect the vision, manage the "noise," and oversee five Niche Managers. Role Details: Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid - Remote with 1x Monthly In-Person)Job Type: Subcontractor / 1099Compensation: Performance-Based (25%Profit Share)Pay Frequency: WeeklyResponsibilities & The "Communication Code"The Voice Note Workflow: The Founder communicates primarily via voice notes and texts. You will be responsible for transcribing these ideas into actionable, organized tasks within Slack.• The Filter: Serve as the primary point of contact for our 5 Niche Managers. You handle the "how" (logistics, deadlines, troubleshooting) so the Founder can focus on the "what" and "why."• Financial Oversight: Assist with financial responsibilities, expense tracking, and tax preparation to ensure the ecosystem stays healthy and profitable.• The Anxiety Buffer: Entrepreneurship is high-pressure. You provide a steady, organized presence that anticipates needs and de-escalates stress through clear systems.• Team Leadership: Facilitate bi-weekly virtual Manager syncs and Moderates the monthly in-person "Vision Sessions."Requirements• High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): You can read between the lines and manage different personalities with calm authority.• Systems Obsessed: Expert-level proficiency in Slack and project management workflows.• Financial Literacy: Comfortable with"post-expense profit" calculations and general business bookkeeping.• Milwaukee-Based: Must be able to attend monthly in-person meetings.• Non-Reactive: You don't get overwhelmed when plans change; you simply reorganize the deck.Why Join Us?This is not a "clock-in, clock-out" job. Qualifications Strong organizational and planning skills to oversee daily business operations and coordinate projects effectively.Knowledge of process improvement, workflow optimization, and best practices for managing and implementing operations systems.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify operational challenges and propose solutions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build professional relationships and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.Prior internship or work experience in project management or operational planning is beneficial but not required.Proficiency in using productivity and project management tools is a plus.Bachelor’s degree or working toward one, preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
