Commercial Litigation Associate

We are seeking a seasoned and personable Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and engaging litigation matters while collaborating with experienced colleagues in a supportive and team-oriented environment.ResponsibilitiesManage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.Draft, review, and argue pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.Handle all phases of discovery, including written discovery, document review, and depositions.Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.Collaborate with colleagues on complex commercial disputes and case strategy.Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and dispute resolution processes.Maintain strong communication with clients while ensuring high-quality legal service.QualificationsAdmission to the New York and New Jersey Bars (required).Minimum 2+ years of experience in all phases of commercial litigation.Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent oral and written communication abilities.Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach to legal practice.Ability to manage multiple matters in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
