Material Handler

We are seeking a material handler who will efficiently keep processes moving throughout our facilities in Ruskin, in a timely manner. Position Summary The material handler will support production and distribution processes by moving various materials within the facility. They are responsible for the physical movement, storage and organization of inventory. They support supply chain operations by loading/unloading shipments, tracking stock, and supplying work centers with the materials needed to keep production and distribution running efficiently. We are currently looking for a Material Handler on the 1st shift. Monday - Thursday: 7:30 am - 5 pm Friday: 7:30 am - 11:30am If you have previous experience as a material handler, please apply! Job Duties: Operates forklift to move and deliver material within and around the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner Loads and unloads deliveries Maintains levels of materials required for production May use hands to handle, inspect, band and or package the raw and finished parts Uses a computer to enter material transactions and may assist in inventory and cycle counts Be willing and able to fill in and assist in all areas of the shop Qualifications: Previous material handling/forklift operator experience in a warehouse environment required Valid and current forklift certification, or able to attain certification Valid Driver’s License Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
