Continue reading "Team Lead" We are seeking a dependable Team Lead to oversee warehouse and production activities, support staff, and maintain efficient workflow across all operational areas. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work the required shift. Shift M-F 7am-3:30pm, overtime until 5:30 as needed, and Saturdays $20 per hour Key ResponsibilitiesLead Daily Operations - Direct and support team members across production cells and receiving dock.8D Participation - Assist in preparing 8D reports when needed.Process Improvement - Analyze operations and recommend improvements across all functional areas.Inventory Accuracy - Ensure product is correctly located physically and within the WMS.Training & Development - Provide proper training and guidance to warehouse personnel.KPI Utilization - Use KPI trends to drive operational improvements.Cycle Counts & Receiving - Assist with cycle counts and resolve receiving discrepancies.General Support - Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall operations. Required SkillsMultitasking & Organization - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Leadership - Capable of leading, coaching, and training team members.Quality Inspection - Visually inspect product for damage or defects following documented processes.Problem Solving - Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Essential FunctionsPhysical Requirements - Ability to repetitively move up to 35 lbs (pushing, pulling, lifting at all levels).Mobility - Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.Communication - Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English.PPE Compliance - Must wear required PPE, including steel-toe footwear.
