Develop and maintain robust, reusable, and scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver.Design and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests using Apache JMeter.Write automated test scripts in Java, Python, or C# to validate UI functionality across multiple browsers and platforms.Develop custom JMeter test plans for APIs, web applications, and backend services.Integrate Selenium tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks, memory leaks, and scalability issues.Implement Page Object Model (POM) and data-driven testing to improve test maintainability and coverage.Use JMeter plugins and custom scripting (e.g., Groovy, Beanshell) to enhance test capabilities.Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing using Selenium Grid or cloud platforms like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.Debug and troubleshoot test failures, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues quickly.Generate detailed performance reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.Simulate concurrent users and realistic traffic patterns to validate system behavior under load.Maintain test documentation and ensure traceability between test cases and requirements. REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelors of Computer Applications, Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology CS, Masters Tech CS, Master of Computer Applications or equivalent degree. Relevant certificates like ISTQB will be an added advantage. Relevant Experience in IT Performance Testing. Expertise in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Work Load Design, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management & Configuration Management. Expertise in Performance Testing tools using Jmeter, Load Runner, Blazemeter / Performance center and performance monitoring tools such as Grafana, Splunk etc. Execute Benchmark, load, stress, endurance and other non-functional tests. Monitor application logs to determine system behavior. Address all technical issues; facilitate the resolution and necessary follow up with Development and other cross-functional departments. Analyze the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection and DB Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance of the applications. Generate performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required for validation and analysis. Publish results and receive appropriate signoff. Prepare detailed status reports, and monitoring of all defects and issues. Identifying memory leakage, connection issues & Bottleneck problem in the application. Strong problem-solving skills and very good time management skills. Ability to stand and sit for sustained periods of time, at least 50% Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data; transcribing/typing; viewing a computer; extensive reading.
