BDC Sales Associate - Keeler Toyota of Westport Location: Westport, CTKeeler Toyota of Westport is seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDC Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and is driven to achieve results.Responsibilities:Manage incoming sales internet and phone inquiries while proactively pursuing customer leadsRespond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and textSchedule appointments for the sales team and drive showroom trafficMaintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM systemCollaborate with the BDC Manager and team to ensure all sales opportunities are handled efficientlyComplete daily follow-up and organizational tasksMeet and exceed monthly performance goals What We're Looking For: Valid driver's license1-2 years of prior Sales or BDC experience preferredSelf-starter who is motivated, goal-oriented, and success-drivenStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer service and relationship-building abilitiesTeam-oriented mindset with the desire to achieve both individual and team goals Why Join Keeler Toyota of Westport?
