The Assistant Insurance Broker will assist with client communication and account management, provide support in processing insurance documents, and learn to prepare insurance quotes and policies. Responsibilities include assisting with customer needs, ensuring compliance and learning critical insurance and brokerage processes. Training will be provided, with a focus on fostering growth and development in the role.Responsibilities:Assist brokers with daily office tasksCommunicate with clients in Russian and EnglishAnswer phones, respond to emails, and follow up with clientsHelp prepare insurance applications and documentsMaintain organized records and client filesSupport sales and basic customer serviceQualifications:Background or interest in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance processesUnderstanding of or willingness to learn Finance and Retirement Planning conceptsStrong Customer Service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clientsFluency in Russian and English to effectively communicate with diverse clienteleExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsA commitment to learning and professional developmentExperience in insurance or finance is a plus, but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications in finance or insurance are beneficialRequirements:Fluent in Russian and English (required)Strong communication and people skillsBasic computer knowledgeWillingness to learn and grow in the insurance fieldResponsible, organized, and detail-orientedCompensation:Salary + commissionSchedule:Full-time, in-office positionHow to Apply:Please send your resume and a short introduction.
