This position offers exposure to a wide variety of therapies, patient populations, and clinical scenarios, making it a challenging and rewarding opportunity for nurses with strong procedural skills and attention to detail.This role is ideal for nurses who take pride in accurate medication administration, patient monitoring, and proactive clinical judgment. You'll gain advanced infusion experience, collaborate with a dedicated care team, and provide patient education to ensure safe, effective, and positive treatment outcomes.Primary ResponsibilitiesAdminister IV infusions, medications, and biologic therapies according to provider orders and clinic protocols, maintaining the highest standards of patient safety. Monitor patients closely for adverse reactions and intervene promptly as needed. Provide thorough patient education on therapy plans, medication schedules, and potential side effects. Maintain meticulous documentation in the EMR, including treatment details, vital signs, and patient responses. Collaborate with providers, pharmacists, and support staff to ensure seamless care and optimal patient outcomes.
