AdventHealth Primary Care Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. Why Join AdventHealth Primary Care Network? 24 patient facing hours; working Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8a-5p Minimal call responsibilities with shared holiday rotation Comprehensive benefits from day one, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid parental leave Malpractice coverage for peace of mind, including tail coverage Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to pediatric through geriatric patients, including women's health Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs and imaging Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referrals to physicians or specialists as needed Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity and consistency of care Deliver care with a professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach Education & Experience Master's degree in nursing (FNP/APRN) or Physician Assistant Studies Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in Family or Internal Medicine preferred Experience caring for patients of all ages and managing acute and chronic conditions strongly preferred Licensure, Certification & Registration Active Florida APRN or PA-C license Active DEA license ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA (or equivalent) certification BLS required; ACLS (preferred) Ready to take the next step in your career?
