Sr. Security Engineer, Proactive Security, Leo Security - METALS

Overview As a security leader for Project Kuiper, you drive secure-by-default practices across product and operations, shaping risk policies and incident response. You collaborate with business leaders and builder teams to prioritize security, reduce vulnerabilities, and instill a security culture. You’ll guide threat modeling, tooling, and testing initiatives while mentoring engineers and coordinating with Red Teams and penetration tests. This role blends strategic direction with hands-on risk management to protect customer data and enable secure innovation.
