Job DescriptionWe are working with an awesome client who is seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join thier equipment dealership team. This role is responsible for performing high-quality welding and fabrication work on a variety of agricultural, construction, and heavy equipment to support both customer repairs and internal shop needs.Key Responsibilities:Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on steel and other metalsRepair and reinforce heavy equipment components, attachments, and structural framesFabricate custom parts and modifications based on shop or customer specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work ordersOperate cutting torches, plasma cutters, grinders, and other fabrication toolsInspect completed welds to ensure structural integrity and safety standardsWork closely with service technicians and parts department to complete repairs efficientlyMaintain a clean and safe work environmentQualifications:2+ years of welding and fabrication experience (heavy equipment or ag equipment preferred)Strong understanding of welding techniques and metal propertiesAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsExperience working with heavy steel componentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in a shop environmentPreferred Experience:Experience in an equipment dealership, ag, or heavy construction environmentBasic mechanical knowledgeWelding certifications are a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive pay based on experienceFull benefits package (health, dental, vision)401(k) with company matchPaid time offStable, year-round work environmentThis is an excellent opportunity for a welder who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys working on large equipment in a team-oriented environment.
