In this role, you will assist our skilled medical professionals in delivering high-quality care and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for our patients. Key Responsibilities Assist Physical Therapists with patient care Set up and maintain therapy equipment and treatment rooms Guide patients through prescribed therapy exercises and routines Provide administrative support including scheduling, billing, and maintaining patient records Ensure a clean and organized workspace Deliver a positive and welcoming patient experience Education and Experience Experience as a Personal Trainer or PT Aide is a plus Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory Key Competencies Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service Advanced communication and active listening skills Creative problem-solving and adaptability Empathy and compassion in patient interactions Ability to multitask with attention to detail and accuracy Strong administrative and organizational abilities Familiarity with computers and pertinent software applications Benefits 401(k) with matching Dental, Vision, and Health Insurance Life insurance Paid time off Ready to Make a Difference?
