Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duct Cleaner/Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Specialist located in Newark, DE. In this role, you will perform duct cleaning, conduct IAQ assessments, and ensure optimal functionality of HVAC systems. Responsibilities include inspecting duct systems, addressing cleanliness issues, performing routine maintenance, and utilizing specialized equipment to improve air quality. You will also communicate with customers to explain services and provide recommendations for maintaining safe, clean indoor air. Qualifications Skills in duct cleaning, HVAC system maintenance, and IAQ assessmentsAbility to operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipmentStrong customer service and communication skillsBasic understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshootingAttention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks safely and efficientlyPhysical ability to lift equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks requiring manual strengthValid driver’s license and reliable transportationExperience in HVAC or related industries is a plus
