Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Worker located in Franklin, IN. The Construction Worker will perform daily tasks such as masonry work, general construction, flooring installation, and renovation projects. Responsibilities also include ensuring safety protocols are followed, handling tools and materials effectively, and assisting with site preparation and cleanup as necessary. Qualifications Strong skills in Masonry, Construction, and Renovation techniquesExperience with Flooring installation and related tasksAbility to conduct project-related Research as neededPhysical stamina, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented environmentUnderstanding of safety procedures and ability to operate tools and machinery safelyHigh school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in construction or a related field is a plus
