Overview:We are looking for a Program/Project Manager to lead manufacturing programs from kickoff through production and delivery. This person will be the main point of contact for customers and will ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and meet all performance expectations.What You’ll Do:Own projects from start to finish (launch ? production ? delivery)Act as the main contact for customers and lead program review meetingsBuild timelines, manage budgets, and keep projects on scheduleCoordinate teams across engineering, production, supply chain, and qualityLead new product launches (NPI) and support ongoing production programsTrack progress, solve problems, and adjust plans as neededManage engineering changes and project documentationIdentify risks early and keep projects moving forwardCreate reports and communicate updates to leadership and customersWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or related preferred)5–10+ years of program/project management experience in manufacturingExperience in machining, fabrication, or machine tool environments is a plusFamiliar with APQP, NPI, and manufacturing processesExperience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and project tools (MS Project, etc.)Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teamsPMP or APQP certification is a plus
