Corporate Credit Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Credit Analyst to join our finance and customer accounts team.DutiesReview and evaluate new and existing customer credit applications.Analyze financial statements, credit reports, trade references, and payment histories.Determine creditworthiness and recommend appropriate credit limits.Monitor accounts receivable aging and proactively communicate on past-due accounts.Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to resolve credit or billing issues.Establish credit holds, risk mitigation strategies, and policy improvements.Maintain accurate documentation of credit decisions and customer financial data.Support month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable and credit functions.Create and send collection notices, review account records to identify overdue balances, and professionally engage with customers to resolve outstanding payments.Create reports regarding the status of customer accounts as requested.Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the Collections Manager and other staffEnsure compliance with internal controls and industry regulations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field1–3 years of experience in credit analysis, financial analysis, or accounts receivableStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial dataExcellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilitiesHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsProficiency in MS Excel requiredPreferred SkillsPower BIMS DynamicsExperience with ERP or CRM systems common in aviation or manufacturingKnowledge of aviation industry billing, documentation, or customer account structuresJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceAbout Us:Southern Cross Aviation is a trusted leader in the aviation industry, providing high-quality products and services to customers worldwide.
