We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Robotic Teleoperation Operator to control robotic systems on-site using human–machine interfaces such as VR headsets, joysticks, and controllers. This physically active role requires strong hand–eye coordination, sustained focus, and the ability to perform precise, repetitive motions during live operation, testing, or demonstrations.Operators follow structured procedures, work closely with engineers and teammates, and prioritize safety, accuracy, and smooth control. Shift work is required. No formal degree is necessary; technical aptitude, gaming or VR experience, and comfort with interactive control systems are strong assets.
