Key Responsibilities:Own and execute territory sales strategy aligned with annual bookings and growth targetsIdentify, qualify, and close new system opportunities within assigned industries and accountsDevelop and grow strategic accounts, driving wallet share expansion across a multi-brand portfolioLead consultative, technical sales engagements with Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Reliability, Production, Maintenance, and Operations leadershipCoordinate internal engineering, applications, service, and marketing resources to support demos, trials, validation, and complex project pursuitsDrive competitive displacement and conversion-based selling, replacing incumbent technologies with Crest solutionsLeverage installed base intelligence to generate expansion, tooling, parts, service, and lifecycle revenue opportunitiesMaintain accurate CRM records and provide disciplined forecasting using Salesforce.comRepresent their brands at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetingsMonitor competitive activity and provide Voice of Customer feedback to support product and commercial strategyQualifications:5+ years of B2B industrial sales experience, preferably in capital equipment or engineered systemsExperience selling into technical manufacturing environmentsExperience in ultrasonic sieving and discharging, automation systems, or precision manufacturing technologies Established relationships within industrial manufacturing accountsDemonstrated success managing a territory and achieving revenue targetsStrong consultative selling skills and ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cyclesProficiency using Salesforce.com or similar CRM platformsWillingness to travel 40-50% within assigned territoryPreferred Experience:Experience in powder processing, sieving, bulk material handling, or process optimization equipment Familiarity with medical device, automotive, aerospace, battery/energy, additive manufacturing, food processing, or coatings industriesTechnical degree in engineering or related disciplineThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $125k - $165k base salary + bonus.
