= Job Title: Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical = Facility Location: 3615 19th St, Lubbock, TX 79410 Shifts: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) = Duration: 13 WeeksJob Description:• Provide care in a Medical Surgical unit with a 1:5 patient ratio • Perform patient assessments, medication administration, and care planning • Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC (required – hard stop) • Floating required between units based on facility needs • No on-call required • Weekend requirement: 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week period • Work in a Short Term Acute Care facility (379 beds, Level II Trauma Center) • Must be comfortable in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment • 48 hours/week option available • Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills required
