On-sitesupervision to personsinother programs as necessary.Supervises medication administration operations and activitiesinallprograms (ensures MARs current & accurate) with medication changes.Changes and signs MARs monthly. Checks MARS and signs after monthcomplete.Submits nursing med errors as required and quarterly report toSafety Committee.Keeps Developmental Services Division Directorinformed regardingprogrammatic successes and problems.Will assist with medical appointments as needed and maintain a goodworking relationship with physician appointments to maintaincontinuity of care.Ability to screen, assess and provideinterventions for consumersthat are exhibiting symptoms of trauma.Must be able to write, implement and train staff onbehaviorintervention programs as writtenineachindividuals plan.Completes nursing assessments (SAMA and HRIST),administersinjections, and coordinates medications and/or medicalneeds of consumers.Will assistinrunning of medical appointments and willassistinmonitoringindividuals medication availability.Monitorsand documents thatindividuals maintain and obtain theiroptimal level of health.
