Analyze and compare changes between the previous week and the current week, generating demand and supply reports. Carefully examine all data snapshots to identify discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of supportability assessments. Promote alignment among cross-functional teams regarding week-over-week changes and follow up on outstanding actions from the prior week.Purpose of the TeamInterface with clients, as required, on technical matters and/or project subject matters from project initiation through delivery.Provide program/project schedules and status reports.Create the functional specification, requirements and/or scope that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the product, service and/or project will be implemented.Provide technical and/or analytical information to Product Managers, as required.Organize cross functional activities ensuring that the program is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. May manage/oversee project.Key ProjectsRole is to support the network hardware planning – Demand and Supply planningGenerate weekly demand or supply supportability for specific NW devices. Deep dive into all source and connected data to develop self-sustainable data validation to ensure accuracy of reports. Maintain tracking and traceability week over week changes in demand, supply and supportability messaging. Drive uniformity of supportability for Networking devices.Deep dive into all source data, calculations, assumptions and develop documentation for process and reports for the specific supply chain functionsSupport weekly and monthly reporting of key performance the continuous improvement of existing processes or PBIs reports. Partner with engineering team to help develop internal tools. A deep understanding of MS-SQL, Kusto and BI are required for this role.Strong technical aptitude with excellent verbal communication skills and ability to influence business & technical decision makers; Self-starter and \"can-do attitude.\"Collaborate with cross functional teams (Demand planning, Supply Planning, Component planning, Sourcing, Execution) for enhancing existing tooling capabilities. Productionize PBI with insights and enable dashboards for reporting Supply position, gaps. The hiring team is specifically looking for candidates with supply planning experience in addition to AI and analytical skills, not candidates whose background is primarily focused on reporting, dashboards, or analytics. Experience with AI-enabled analytics tools, Copilot, Power BI, SQL, and reporting is important, but should complement a strong supply planning technical aptitude, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence business and technical decision-makers.Self-starter with a can-do attitude.Prior Microsoft experience is a strong plus.Experience leading continuous improvement of existing processes and Power BI reports, partnering with engineering teams to develop internal tools, and a deep understanding of MS-SQL, Kusto, and BI tools.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Component Planning, Sourcing, and execution to enhance tooling capabilities, productionize Power BI insights and dashboards, and develop capabilities for managing supply planning functions.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.Bachelor's degree or Master's degree with experience in supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing, or a related field.
