Administer prescribed medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV) and accurately document all treatments. Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report findings per facility policy. Educate patients on surgical procedures and post‑operative expectations. Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and clinical assessments. Operate,monitor, and adjust specialized patient‑care equipment; interpret and document.electronic data. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care.Job Requirements: Graduatefroman accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Active New York State RN License. Minimum2 years of acute Med/Surg experience.
