Pay Range
The Target Pay Range for this position is $156,200.00-$190,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $121,200.00 - $225,800.00 annually. Compensation decisions are based on relevant job-related skills, experience, education or training. Additional performance-based incentives are available.

Eligibility requires residence in WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA or VA. If located in Washington state within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, you are requested to come into HQ on Tuesdays&Wednesdays. Remote or onsite, we are committed to engagement and inclusion.
Impact You'll Make
The Tech Business Operations Partner supports diverse business management functions within the Technology division. You will be a strategic partner to senior leaders, aligning organizational rhythm, action tracking, executive communications, program/project management, and other executive office functions. The role requires a strategic mindset, execution of business results, and partnership with a wide group of stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
What You'll Do
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with divisional leaders to support the execution of organizational strategies, streamline business routines, and align processes with technology goals.
Operational Coordination: Manage the rhythm of the business by organizing reviews, communications, and engagement activities that promote transparency and operational efficiency.
Business Insight Development: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decisions related to staffing, strategy, governance, and budget planning.
Executive Communication: Create clear, compelling narratives and visual materials that effectively communicate complex topics to a variety of audiences.
Project and Program Oversight: Lead and manage special projects and programs, applying sound judgment and best practices in change management to ensure successful outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Represent divisional leadership in meetings and communications, fostering alignment and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to business management and executive office processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Build and maintain strong working relationships across teams to support business priorities and ensure consistent communication of leadership objectives.
Business Understanding: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape to provide informed recommendations and support evolving priorities.
Adaptability and Support: Take on additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
At least 10 years of experience in executive office operations, business operations, program or project management, or similar functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft365 tools, including Office, Teams, and SharePoint, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience developing executive-level communications and presentations, with proficiency in presentation software and data analysis tools.
Desired Qualifications
Advanced degree in business, communications, or a related discipline.
Experience in the financial industry and familiarity with financial products.
Experience working in complex, matrixed, and fast-paced environments, with demonstrated analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving.
Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey complex and technical information in a clear and business-relevant manner.
Demonstrated technical proficiency and strategic thinking, with the ability to assess challenges, identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.
