**Financial Controller** **Overview:** We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial activities of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial management principles. **Duties:** - Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. - Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate invoicing. - Conduct account analysis to identify variances and discrepancies, taking corrective actions as needed. - Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize cash flow and liquidity. - Prepare regulatory reports and ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. - Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes. - Lead payroll processing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll disbursements. - Monitor financial performance metrics and key performance indicators to track organizational performance. - Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks. - Participate in audits and liaise with auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations. **Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred. - Proven experience in accounting software utilization for financial analysis and reporting. - Strong background in financial report writing, governmental accounting, and regulatory reporting. - Knowledge of accounts payable processes, cash management techniques, and payroll administration. - Demonstrated financial acumen with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
