They handle complex, human-like problem solving — accurately, consistently, andwithout the fatigue or errors that come with manual processes. Operating 24/7, ROSA agents deliverexceptional customer experiences while dramatically reducing operational costs.You will lead the design and delivery of reliable, production-grade AI agents that automate complexenterprise workflows. We prioritize low-code / visual development so that solutions remainmaintainable by the whole team (including junior engineers), while allowing powerful extensionswhen needed.Our current stack is built around visual workflow tools + modern databases, but we value tool-agnostic thinking — the right person will help us choose and evolve the best technologies as wegrow.Key Responsibilities• Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems with supervisor/worker patterns, sharedmemory, and intelligent routing.• Build robust agent capabilities: RAG, long-term memory, tool integration, human-in-the-loop, error handling, and self-healing logic.• Ensure solutions are visual and low-code first, making them easy for the team tounderstand, maintain, and extend.• Integrate deeply with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, messaging platforms, databases,etc.).• Optimize for cost, latency, reliability, and scalability.• Mentor junior engineers on building clean, maintainable agent workflows.• Evaluate and recommend improvements to our automation and data platform.•RequirementsMust Have:• 5+ years building production AI/automation systems.• Strong experience with low-code / visual workflow platforms for complex agenticsystems.• Deep understanding of multi-agent orchestration, shared state/memory, andproduction reliability patterns.• Experience with relational databases + vector search (Postgres/pgvector orequivalent).• Low-code first mindset — you prefer making complex logic visual and accessibleover heavy custom coding.• Solid Python skills for extending systems when visual tools are not enough.Strong Plus:• Experience with self-hosted automation platforms and modern databases (e.g.Supabase, Postgres).• Building cost-efficient AI solutions at scale.• Previous work in fast-evolving startups where the stack changed over time.Mindset We Value Most:• You think in terms of outcomes and maintainability, not attachment to any single tool.• You can clearly explain agent logic using diagrams and visual flows.• You balance rapid delivery with long-term robustness.What We Offer• Opportunity to shape our core agent platform and technology direction.• Freedom to recommend and introduce better tools as needed.• Work with cutting-edge AI models and strong GPU infrastructure.• Competitive salary + equity in a growing AI company.
