The Mortgage Loan Officer will assist clients through the mortgage process, from application to closing, providing tailored advice and solutions to meet their needs. Key responsibilities include assessing clients' financial profiles, analyzing creditworthiness, collaborating with underwriters, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires staying informed about mortgage products, market trends, and compliance requirements to deliver a seamless client experience.Qualifications Experience as a Loan Officer with knowledge of mortgage lending and the mortgage industry Familiarity with underwriting processes and the ability to assess creditworthiness Proven skills in delivering exceptional customer service and building client relationships Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Proficiency in financial analysis and knowledge of various mortgage products Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration in a hybrid environment Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate regulatory and compliance standards Active NMLS license is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain an NMLS license is required
