California Litigation Paralegal

Seeking an experienced California Litigation Paralegal, the full-time remote position will manage litigation support tasks, assist attorneys with case management, and prepare for trials while ensuring compliance with California State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and preparing for hearings and depositions Review and organize client documents throughout the litigation process, from production to discovery Support trial preparation by drafting pre-trial pleadings, coordinating witnesses, and providing live trial assistance Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation-focused paralegal, with California litigation experience Familiarity with California State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Experience drafting and organizing discovery, including written discovery and document production Proficiency with litigation support software such as Summation Pro or Relativity Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
