This is a hands-on, product-focused role responsible for physically pulling jewelry from inventory, building assortments on pads, photographing them, and creating planograms in PowerPoint for partners to replicate. Success in this position requires precision, speed, strong visual merchandising skills, and unwavering attention to detail to uphold brand standards./ph3Essential Job Responsibilities/h3ulliPull jewelry from inventory daily to build assortments for cruise shipments, trunk shows, and retail displays./liliAssemble jewelry on pads, ensuring visually compelling and accurate assortments./liliPhotograph completed assortments and create planograms in PowerPoint to guide external partners in display setup./liliMaintain detailed inventory records of all additions, removals, and replenishments in system./liliCollaborate with logistics to ensure timely packing, tagging, and shipment of assortments./liliSupport product merchandising by identifying gaps, spotting trends, and preparing assortments tailored to customer needs./liliHandle high-value jewelry with accuracy, accountability, and confidentiality./liliContribute to merchandising SOPs and best practices for consistency and efficiency./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulli2–3 years of experience in jewelry merchandising, product coordination, or a related role./liliBachelors degree preferred but not required./liliStrong visual merchandising ability and eye for detail./liliProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; ability to learn proprietary systems quickly./liliHighly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage 100+ SKU assortments with zero error tolerance./liliComfortable with the physical aspects of the role (handling trays, repetitive pulling/packing)./liliReliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment./liliMust be able to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods during merchandising tasks./li/ulh3Working Conditions/Environment/h3pLocation: On-site in Great Neck, NY Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM/pulliFamily-run, high-performance environment where teamwork, speed, and accuracy are critical./liliOffice culture is hardworking, detail-driven, and deadline-focused./li/ulh3Compensation Benefits/h3ullistrongHourly range: /strong $24.04 - $28.85 (approx. 50,000 - $60,000 annually) based on experience./lilistrongPTO: /strong 20 days annually (vacation, sick, holiday, and personal days combined, accrued after probation)./li/ulpAbout the Company: Our client is an established fine jewelry brand recognized for exceptional craftsmanship and long-standing relationships with retailers across the United States.
