Senior Legal Counsel（EU & UK）

About the Job:We are looking for a talented Senior Legal Counsel to support our apparel e-commerce operations across the EU and the United Kingdom. As the primary legal partner to the EU & UK business teams, you will provide strategic counsel on operational and compliance matters in these dynamic markets.This role can be based in the United States, the European Union, or the United Kingdom.Key Responsibilities:Advise on EU & UK e-commerce and digital regulations, including IP, sales compliance, contract review, negotiation, dispute resolution, and legislative updates.Provide legal guidance on EU & UK law issues impacting the global business operations.Collaborate with global legal teams to support and align international business strategies and operations.Qualifications:Candidates must have at least 8 years of meaningful, hands-on legal experience in at least one of the following areas:- Apparel, sportswear, or fashion brands;- E-commerce businesses, either as a platform operator or marketplace seller; or- International trade, cross-border sourcing, or supply chain matters.J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active state bar membership.Strong business insight, proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, tech corporate environment.
