Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations, including supervising and developing a team of 30+ employees, delivering high-quality food and genuine hospitality, and maintaining a clean, organized, and high-performing environment. This role helps drive sales, manage labor and food costs, and ensure consistent execution of company standards, while leading by example with professionalism, energy, and accountability. Candidates should have at least one year of restaurant leadership experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends. A high school diploma (or equivalent) and a minimum age of 18 are required. This position is available as full-time (4045 hours per week) or part-time (3035 hours per week), with hourly or salary compensation based on experience.
Required qualifications:Legally authorized to work in the United States
16 years or older
Preferred qualifications:2+ years of experience in the food & restaurant industry
At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
Food Service license/certification: ServSafe Manager Certification
Valid driver's license
Restaurant back of house skills: fry station
Restaurant back of house skills: expediting
Restaurant front of house skills: drive thru
Restaurant front of house skills: point of sale (POS) operation
Restaurant front of house skills: serving in fast casual
Management skills: supervising employees
Able to stand for duration of shift
Able to comfortably lift 40 lbs
