With the right person in this seat, the department becomes more structured, more accountable, and better positioned to grow.RESPONSIBILITIESThis role brings greater accountability, production, and consistency to the advisory team of our lean, growth-oriented financial advisory firm:Lead, manage, and hold accountable a growing team of advisors / producers across varying levels of tenure, experience, and productionIncrease advisor production through clear expectations, regular coaching, and consistent accountabilityDrive revenue growth by improving business development habits, opportunity management, and client follow-up across books of businessEstablish and strengthen KPIs, scorecards, and visibility around advisor activity, pipeline health, client touchpoints, and productionReinforce high standards of excellence across advisor responsiveness, follow-through, business development, and client stewardshipLead advisor meetings, one-on-ones, and performance conversations that drive clarity and accountabilityStrengthen CRM use and pipeline management so advisor activity, follow-through, and growth opportunities are easier to track and convertCoach advisors toward stronger alignment with the firm's expectations, sales discipline, and growth standardsSupport the onboarding, development, and integration of new and acquired advisorsPartner with Marketing to improve results from campaigns, events, referral opportunities, and other growth initiativesWork cross-functionally to improve execution around advisor-related commitments and support a consistent client experienceSurface production gaps, growth opportunities, and execution risks earlyHelp build a more structured, scalable advisory function with stronger rhythms, clearer standards, and greater production consistencyTranslate leadership expectations into clear priorities, actions, and accountabilityThis role is full-time, onsite role based in Colorado Springs, COQUALIFICATIONSRequired3+ years of sales leadership experience in a consultative, relationship-driven sales environmentDirect personal selling experience in a role accountable for pipeline activity, client relationship management, and sales resultsExperience leading, developing, and growing a sales team of approximately 5-15+ producers, sellers, or other revenue-generating individual contributorsExperience managing or supporting a high-touch book of business with hundreds of active client relationshipsExperience scaling processes, tools, team structure, and talent in a growing companyTech savvy, including CRM, Excel, and related sales toolsPreferredExperience leading independent advisors, agents, or other autonomous revenue producersExperience in companies with aggressive growth goals, including 10x or exponential growthExperience in an entrepreneurial, founder-led, or small businessExperience leading a remote or distributed sales teamExperience in wealth management, financial advisory, insurance, banking, mortgage, annuities, asset management, or similar financial servicesFamiliarity with EOS, Pinnacle, or similar operating systemTHE COMPANY - Life Well Lived Financial GroupLife Well Lived Financial Group is a wealth management firm that prioritizes living values and simplifying each client's financial journey.
