Financial Services Representative GavinHeath is partnering with a client in Parker, CO looking to add a Financial Services Representative to their team. The role is a Direct Hire position. This individual will be responsible for developing new client relationships, supporting investment planning activities, opening and servicing accounts, and helping clients identify financial and insurance solutions aligned to their goals. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of sales ability, customer relationship management, and financial services knowledge, along with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Responsibilities : Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client relationship developmentConduct customer-focused, needs-based conversations regarding insurance and financial services solutionsSupport investment planning activities and assist clients with identifying appropriate financial products and servicesOpen new accounts and assist with account funding, servicing, maintenance, and annual reviewsFacilitate suitability discussions and support trade-related activities in accordance with licensing and compliance requirementsDevelop leads, schedule appointments, and maintain ongoing client communicationQuote and onboard new business opportunitiesWork closely with the Agent to establish and achieve marketing and business development goalsMaintain accurate client records and follow agency procedures and compliance standardsDeliver a high level of customer service and relationship management throughout the client lifecycle Qualifications : Active Series 65 license requiredLife & Health license required or ability to obtainPrior experience in financial services, insurance sales, investment services, banking, or a related client-facing sales environment preferredDemonstrated success meeting sales goals, quotas, or business development targets preferredStrong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to build trust and develop long-term client relationshipsSelf-motivated with strong organizational and follow-through skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client interactions and administrative tasksComfortable discussing financial products, insurance solutions, and customer needs in a consultative mannerProficiency with basic computer systems, CRM platforms, and client account management tools preferred GavinHeath is an equal opportunity employer.
