Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Houston, TX for a Shift Supervisor at one of our two locations that are hiring (12393 Kingsride Ln or 574 Chimney Rock Rd). The Shift Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure production standards are met, and maintain excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising bakery staff, managing schedules, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a clean work environment. The role also involves assisting in production and inventory management to meet the bakery’s operational standards.
