Instructional Facilitator (6-8 grade)Position PurposeSupports teachers, staff, and school leadership in improving instructional practices and student achievement (grades 6-8), with an emphasis on ELA, and Math literacy across content areas. Focus areas include coaching, data use, curriculum alignment, intervention, and professional learning.Essential FunctionsInstructional Expertise (Middle School / ELA / Math)Instructional Coaching & Adult LearningData-Driven Decision MakingCurriculum & Assessment AlignmentProfessional Learning & FacilitationOrganization & ImplementationQualifications ProfileWyoming State Teaching Certification5+ years teaching experienceExperience as instructional coach, team lead, or department head (preferred)Knowledge of MTSS, Professional Learning Communities, New Art & Science of Teaching and Science of Reading frameworks or similar (preferred)Experience with professional development and collaborative teamsAbility to support diverse learners (including SPED and multilingual students)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsSpecial Education experience (preferred)EquipmentUses standard office equipment such as personal computers, printer, copy and fax machines, and telephone.Travel RequirementsTravels to school district buildings and professional meetings as required.Physical and Mental Demands, Work HazardsWorks in standard office and school building environments.
