Interconnections Planning Engineer - Energy & Transmission

A leading electric utility is seeking an Interconnections Associate Planning Engineer in New York. The role involves assisting with interconnection studies for offshore wind and energy storage, conducting power-flow and short circuit analyses, and interfacing with NYISO. Candidates will support internal engineering activities and assess the impacts of new generation projects on the bulk electric system. This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan.
