Electrician (Pecos)

We're Hiring: Journeyman Electrician – Pecos / Odessa / HobbsWe're looking for a skilled Journeyman Electrician to support oil & gas field operations across the Permian Basin. This role is key to maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing electrical systems to keep production running safely and efficiently.What you'll do:• Perform maintenance and inspections on electrical systems across production and compression sites• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in the field• Maintain generators, backup systems, and critical equipment• Respond to outages and restore operations quickly and safely• Complete preventative maintenance to minimize downtime• Document work and prioritize tasks based on operational needsRequirements:• Valid Journeyman Electrician license• Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting experience• Ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams• Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices• Ability to work independently in field environmentsPreferred:• Oil & gas or industrial experience• Experience with compressors, motors, and control systems• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
