Our strategy is rooted in delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging data, digital tools, and AI to modernize a historically under-digitized industry.What you'll do:Lead the Oracle Cloud EPM PlatformServe as the subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud EPM modules, including Planning, FCCS, EDM, ARCS and related components.Oversee end-to-end administration of system design, metadata, integrations, reporting, and data flows across all EPM modules.Align the EPM roadmap with business objectives by partnering with the ERP Finance Director and key Finance stakeholders.Maintain system integrity and apply governance standards to ensure consistent use of best practices.Assist with Oracle fusion ERP finance application support and config as required.Configure and Administer EPM ApplicationsConfigure and maintain metadata, dimensions, business rules, calculation scripts, forms, dashboards, workflows, and Smart View artifacts.Manage and enhance data integrations between EPM and source systems such as Oracle Fusion ERP, data warehouses, and legacy platforms.Assist with EPM security design by working with the security team to consult on defining user roles, access levels, and administration processes.Build, configure, and support financial reports within the EPM environment.Provide Operational Support and Resolve IssuesServe as the primary contact for daily operational support, troubleshooting functional and technical issues as they arise.Investigate and resolve system issues, coordinating with Oracle Support when necessary.Support Finance teams during monthly FCCS close activities and Planning cycles.Develop and deliver training materials, documentation, and user guides for Finance and Accounting teams.Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to minimize user impact.Drive Continuous Improvement and Change ManagementLead the onboarding of acquired companies into Oracle Cloud EPM by managing configuration, integration, and deployment activities.Lead enhancement initiatives, new module implementations, and system upgrade projects.Review, test, and communicate the impact of Oracle's monthly EPM updates to Finance stakeholders.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting efficiency.Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business partners to drive optimization and standardization across the EPM landscape.What you'll bring:EducationBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Specialized Knowledge & SkillsStrong functional understanding of FP&A, accounting, financial consolidation, and reporting processes.Proficiency in Oracle Cloud EPM configuration, including metadata management, forms, data maps, business rules, calculation scripts, security, and workflows.Strong Smart View skills and experience building financial reports.Knowledge of EPM automation tools, REST APIs, or scripting.Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud finance application (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, PPM)Familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM integration (preferred).Experience with EPM Narrative Reporting (preferred).Background in Hyperion on-premise environments (preferred).AbilitiesAbility to support monthly close and planning cycles within EPM.Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate directly with Finance teams.Ability to translate financial requirements into effective system design and configuration.Ability to troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.Professional Experience5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM (Planning, FCCS, ARCS, EDM).Experience leading multi-module EPM environments, ideally in a consulting or system-owner capacity.Experience supporting system enhancements, upgrades, and cross-functional projects.Personal CharacteristicsStrong communication and business-partnering skills.Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.Self-starter with a system-owner mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solving.TravelTravel may be required to support Oracle projects.What you'll earn:Base pay range: $101,300 - $172,200Annual performance bonus401(k) with employer matchMedical, dental, and vision insurancePTO, company holidays, and parental leavePaid Time Off/Paid Sick Leave: Applicants can expect to accrue 15 days of paid time off during their first year (4.62 hours for every 80 hours worked) and increased accruals after five years of service.Paid training and certificationsLegal assistance and identity protectionPet insuranceEmployee assistance program (EAP)QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
