Watch this video to see how our employees are shaping the technologies that move us.Key AccountabilitiesLead the development of a tracking and governance process for PNAs pipeline of Continuous Improvement projectsProvide analysis and reporting for Lean COE and Performance Management departmental KPIsManage reporting of business intelligence and other key initiatives as requiredCollect and evaluate operational performance dataProvide day‐to‐day support to management in the form of ad hoc analysis; stretch assignments as neededSupport business transformation departmental work efforts as requiredDevelop and assemble presentation decksLeveraging data to identify business performance trendsBasic QualificationsBachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering or Business Management related field5+ years of relevant experienceProven experience in data analysis and synthesis; ability to draw conclusions from large data setsInterpersonal skills to oversee cross‐disciplinary work streamsProject management and strategic analysis experienceInterest and experience in the manufacturing industry, in particular in the areas of technology and data miningGood presentation skills, including effective verbal and writing capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to proactively assess project status and highlight issuesLSS certified is a plusProblem SolvingStrong analytical skills with proficiency in use of Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Tableau or BI tools is a plusExperienced in performance reporting and analysisCommunicationsAble to communicate effectively in all media forms and cross‐culturallyOther RequirementsAbility to travel domestic and international as requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation packagePet InsurancePaid Parental Care LeaveEmployee Referral ProgramEducational AssistanceFlexible Work ProgramCasual Dress CodeTotal Well Being ProgramArsenault is proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
