This is an opportunity to join early, contribute meaningfully, and grow with the company.The RoleWe are seeking a Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineer with 2–10 years of experience who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across all phases of design.  You will work closely with firm leadership and have direct exposure to clients, projects, and decision-making.This role is ideal for:-      A high-performing junior to mid-level designer/engineer ready to take on more responsibility, or -      A mid- to senior-level designer/engineer who still enjoys being directly involved in production and design. Key Responsibilities-      Design plumbing and fire protection systems for a variety of building types -      Perform hydraulic calculations and system sizing for fire protection systems -      Prepare construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD -      Coordinate with architects and other engineering disciplines -      Participate in all project phases including SD, DD, CD, and CA -      Support project management efforts and communicate with clients as needed Qualifications & Technical Skills-      2–10 years of experience in plumbing and fire protection design for new construction and renovation projects -      Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD -      Experience across commercial, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, and/or educational projects -      Ability to work both independently and as part of a team -      Strong communication and coordination skills-      Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) is a plusWhat We Offer-      Competitive salary, performance-based bonus, and benefits   -      Flexible work environment (with strong preference for in-office collaboration) -      Direct exposure to firm leadership and full project lifecycles -      Opportunity to grow into leadership roles as the firm expands -      A collaborative, low-bureaucracy environment where your work has immediate impact Why Join RCRThis is an early hire opportunity within a growing firm. You’ll be part of a small, high-performing team where:-      Your work directly impacts project outcomes and client relationships -      You’ll gain experience across design, coordination, and project delivery -      You’ll have a clear path to increased responsibility and leadership
