This is a hands-on role in a growing company. We’re looking for someone who wants to build something, not just maintain it.Role OverviewThis is a hybrid role combining sales, account management, field execution, and production support.You’ll be responsible for:Maintaining and growing existing accounts, both direct retail and brokerageProspecting and developing new retail opportunitiesManaging distributor relationshipsExecuting sampling and in-store activationsSupporting production during peak periodsThis is not a desk-only sales job. It requires organization, autonomy, and comfort switching between customer-facing work and operational support.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Account Management (Core Focus)Maintain regular communication with existing retail and distributor accountsProspect new retail opportunities and follow up on inbound leadsManage relationships with regional distributors and direct retail vendorsSupport promotions, resets, and account-specific needsLog activity and maintain clean pipeline visibility in HubSpot CRMField ExecutionRepresent Good Wolf at food & beverage shows and exposExecute weekly direct deliveries to select retail accountsGather and relay real-time customer and buyer feedbackConduct in-store demos and sampling eventsSeasonal Production SupportAssist with production during peak seasonSupport canning days as neededCoordinate with GM to balance field and production demandsTypical Weekly Time Allocation (Average)45–55% Sales & account management20–25% Field work (demos, deliveries, retail visits)10–20% Production support (seasonal variation)5–10% CRM, planning, coordinationWorkload flexes seasonally.
