Metro Area)Machine Learning & Artificial IntelligenceJob TypeFull-time, On-site/Remote (Hybrid)Salary$100,000.00 - $110,000.00 AnnuallyJob DescriptionRios Partners is seeking an AI Engineer to leverage modern AI tools (including Claude, ChatGPT, and others) to increase software development productivity, develop AI-enhanced applications, and integrate large language models (LLMs) into workflows. The role supports mission-aligned projects across healthcare, federal agencies, and regulated environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAI-Accelerated Development: Use AI tools to generate code, tests, documentation, and system designs; rapidly prototype features; and apply prompt engineering techniques.LLM & AI Integration: Integrate LLMs into applications (RAG pipelines, embeddings search, agent-based workflows); implement model evaluation, safety guardrails, and monitoring.
