Has comprehensive knowledge with the general operations of the organization.Duties/Responsibilities:Assists in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery.Assists in mixing, stacking salsa boxes, opens tomato cans, disposes material, assembles boxes, mixes jalapeno, and packs salsa.Produces required amount of product within the established specifications and tolerances.Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper configuration and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.Maintains a clean, safe, and tidy work area.Works extended hours when necessary.Performs other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or upper management.Qualifications:Ability to follow directions and work well as a team.Deep understanding or the ability to quickly learn the production general operations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Observe and follow the company's safety rules and regulations.Attention to detail.Proficiency with hand tools.Education and Experience:No high school diploma required; but preferredAt least one year of related experience not required.Physical requirements:Prolonged periods working on the feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that involve push-ups and bending over frequently.Able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.Ability to read instructions, operate machines and inspect product.Able to work in 30 - 35 Degrees FahrenheitWork schedule8 hour shift10 hour shift12 hour shiftWeekend availabilityOvertimeHolidaysBenefitsHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insuranceJulio's Seasoning & Corn Chips, Inc. - Julio's Seasoning & Corn Chips, Inc 3808 US-90, Del Rio, TX, 78840
