Follow @abbvie onLinkedIn,Facebook,Instagram,XandYouTube.PurposeJob DescriptionThe Manager, AI Learning Programs-Learning & Leadership Developmentis responsible for the coordination and delivery of high-quality AI learning initiatives across the enterprise. This role coordinates program timelines, content publishing, learning platform management, learner communications, and operational tracking to ensure AI learning experiences are delivered smoothly, consistently, and at scale globally.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with other team members in the development of new AI learning programs, resources, and in the maintenance and enhancement of existing materials.Coordinate and manage the execution calendar for AI learning programs and launches across the enterprise.Work cross functionally to coordinate content reviews, localization, user acceptance testing, publishing and event logistics.Track participation, completion, feedback, and other program metrics through custom dashboards and reports.Support LMS/LXP administration and maintenance.QualificationsEducation andExperience:Bachelors degree of equivalent professional experience required.Minimum 5 years of experience in learning operations, program management, instructional support, or related roles.Strong written and excellent oral communication skills; excellent project coordination and execution skillsComfortable working across multiple stakeholders and deadlinesExperience with learning platform administrationDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple workstreamsAdditional InformationApplicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state orlocal law:The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Companybelieves ingood faith it will pay for this role at the timeof this posting based on the job grade for this position.Individualcompensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, andwemayultimatelypaymore or less than the posted range.
